Brainsparks was founded in 2015 through the partnership between First Asia Venture Capital Inc. and FAITH Colleges.

An innovation hub was established to assist and support entrepreneurs from both the academe and different industries. The initiatives of the company are geared towards innovation, startup venture investments and R&D.
